The Zassenhaus Conical burr Coffee Mill - Manual Hand Grinder features the basic functionality of fully adjustable grind, ranging from coarse to Turkish fine grind. It works very much similar to that of a pepper mill. You only have to rotate the thumb nut to get the grind you need. The thumb nut can be screwed down so that the top and bottom conical burrs mesh together for a fine Turkish grind coffee if desired.
